Registration Deadlines


Deadlines Include:
* Cancellation Fee per Team: $10 after registration is submitted. No Refund after August 19th.
* Late Fee per Team: $10 per team after August 23rd, space permitting
* Bad Credit Card or Bounced Check Fee per Team: $25 and possible cancellation from the tournament.

Registration Confirmation
All divisions are first come first serve minus the Men's and Women's Open divisions. Below is how teams are accepted for open divisions.

All Open (24 teams per gender) will be accepted on the following priority system until July 28th, after that any remaining opening spots will be filled on a 1st come 1st serve basis (aka tier #4). Teams will be accepted based on either of their players 2019 finishes in any of the following events: Beach Bash Doubles, Steamboat Doubles, Snowmass Doubles, Putterhead Doubles,Oasis Classic, Fraser Valley Doubles or the 2018/19 CO Winter Beach Series final standings (Beach Bash, Vail, and Steamboat 2021 will be included).  1st tier will be 3rd place or higher, 2nd tier will be 4th-9th finish, 3rd tier 10th-15th & 4th tier 1st come 1st serve.  We will reserve and keep open 4 Wild Card entries per gender for improved competition.

   
We WILL send out a confirmation email to captains listed on the registration form, please make sure to provide an email for both players because both will get the tournament details email. Please give us a little time to get your team in the system (say, 72 hours), then check on the Result/Entries tab. Results are listed by year, and the current year will list entrants prior to the tournament and will shift to results following the event.
