Registration Information

Registration will take place on Volleyball Life and teams will be accepted on a space available basis.  Divisions will be capped as space is limited for ALL divisions.

Men's & Women's Sand Open Registration Policies

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • $50 at any point after you register

    • No refund after Monday at noon, week of the event (Monday, August 17th, 2026).

Coed Open & A/BB Sand Registration Policies

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • $10 at any point after you register

    • $25 before Monday at noon, 4 weeks prior to the event (Monday, July 27th, 2026)

    • $50 before Monday at noon, 2 weeks prior to the event (Monday, August 10th, 2026)

    • No refund after Monday at noon, week of the event (Monday, August 17th, 2026).

  • LATE FEE per Team: An extra $20 per team starts Monday, August 17th at noon, space permitting.

Men's & Women's Sand Open Registration

Oasis Classic Men's & Women's Open Division registrations will be accepted based on the following:
Teams will be accepted based on either of their players 2025 finishes in any of the following events: Beach Bash, Vail Doubles, Steamboat Doubles, Breckenridge Doubles, Oasis Classic, or the 2025/26 CO Winter Beach Series final standings. We can take a total of 24 teams per gender. The top 20 teams based on the priority system below will earn a spot in the main draw, while the final 4 spots will be earned through the qualifier tournament on Friday, August 21st. 

Before 12pm on Monday, June 29th, 2026, spots will be filled based on the following priority system:
Priority System
Tier 1: 1st – 3rd place finish
Tier 2: 4th – 7th place finish
Tier 3: Total team AVP America Points

After 12pm on Monday, June 29th, 2026, any remaining open spots will be filled based on the following priority system:

If your partner changes at any point after 12pm on Monday, June 29th, 2026, your team will be reevaluated. If your team no longer fits into Tier 1 or 2 of our priority system, you will be reevaluated based on Tier 3. After reevaluation, if your your team’s TruVolley rating drops below a team’s TruVolley rating on the wait list you could be replaced and put on the wait list.

*Wait list order is based on team total AVP America points. All tournament seeding will be based off of AVP America points. 

Coed Open & A/BB Sand Registration

Oasis Classic Coed Sand Open and A/BB Sand Men's, Women's, and Coed Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis, space is limited, don't wait!
