2019 Registration Form


2019 Registration Is Open 
To Register You'll Need to Be an AVP America Member

Registration forms must be completely filled out and payment must be submitted with form.
All Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis - all divisions have a cap so get your registration in early. 


Registration Deadlines

Deadlines Include:
* Cancellation Fee per Team: $10 after registration is submitted. No Refund after August 19th.
* Late Fee per Team: $10 per team after August 19th, space permitting
* Bad Credit Card or Bounced Check Fee per Team: $25 and possible cancellation from the tournament.

Registration Confirmation

We WILL send out a confirmation email to captains listed on the registration form, please make sure to provide an email for both players because both will get the tournament details email. Please give us a little time to get your team in the system (say, 72 hours), then check on the Result/Entries tab. Results are listed by year, and the current year will list entrants prior to the tournament and will shift to results following the event.
